About Anshu
Hello, future students! My name is Anshu Arya and i am here to assist you in your journey towards wellness and mindfulness through the practice of yoga.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge as a yoga teacher because I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for improving physical, mental, and emotional health. Through regular practice, yoga can help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
As your yoga teacher, I will guide you through various yoga poses and sequences, provide modifications and adjustments to suit your individual needs and abilities, and offer tips and advice on how to deepen your practice.
I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all my students, regardless of their age, gender, race, or level of experience. I believe that everyone can benefit from yoga, and I am excited to share this transformative practice with you.
