About Alex
I am a patient and enthusiastic swimming tutor who enjoys helping learners discover greater confidence in the water. I explain techniques clearly, demonstrate movements when needed, and use progressive exercises to make improvement achievable. Whether you are learning basic swimming skills or refining your strokes, I provide constructive guidance and encouragement throughout training. My goal is to help you swim with better technique, comfort, control, and confidence.

Lessons focus on making swimming more comfortable, controlled, and efficient. We can work on breathing patterns, body position, kicking, arm coordination, floating, streamlining, and stroke timing. Training may include freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly, along with diving, turns, pacing, endurance, and water-safety skills. Each session uses practical exercises and drills to strengthen technique while improving coordination, stamina, and confidence in the water.
