As a Transformation Coach, I help people take their ideas and plans from where they are now, to where they want to be. For the past ten years, I have worked with a wide range of clients and absolutely love seeing people step out of their comfort zone, enjoy real growth and get the results they want and deserve. But change requires action and consequently, my coaching goes above and beyond the usual lip-service and accountability chit-chat. Exceptional service is found within the experience of lasting transformation and empowerment – this is based on effective choices, powerful decisions, and constructive behaviour. Great change doesn’t happen overnight but you can take the right steps today.

About the lesson

I'm a certified Coach and Mindfulness Trainer. For more than 30 years, I have conducted my life as if it were a personal development experiment in an effort to understand the human mind, habits and behaviour. This has provided me with opportunities to travel the planet, talk to audiences around the world and empower others to flourish in all aspects of their lives. I can do this for you – help you transform your own life.

However, I wasn’t born with a silver spoon in my mouth. Not everything was a bed of roses – I’ve endured my fair share of dark days, hair-raising moments and occasions when I considered ending it all. However, it’s these painful junctures that fuelled my compulsion to understand what life is all about, and why only a handful of people seem to enjoy complete success and fulfilment whilst most of us ricochet from one compromise to another in an effort to find some comfort and at best, moments of happiness.

Our journey will challenge you to develop in new and exciting ways, removing debilitating barriers and realising your full potential. If you work these principles, set the major goals required to achieve what you want and follow the action-planning system, you can expect to overcome personal limitations, beat procrastination, think above the crowd and get more done in three months than you would usually do in a year, and more in a year than you would usually do in three to five years!
