About Abby
Abby Broadbent is a professional pianist who has traveled all over the world. She has performed as a pianist, director, actor, accompanist, and vocalist. Her many talents in the arts will give students variety during lessons and offer insight into the world of professional arts. Abby holds a degree in Piano Performance from the University of Utah. She has studied and taught many different teaching methods for over 8 years.
Abby customizes a unique education plan for each of her students. She teaches students starting as young as age 6 and as old as 80, from beginner all the way to pre-collegiate! She also works with ESL, neurodivergent, and special needs children.
In her free time, Abby works with the Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind, Peace through Music International, and various gigs!

At each semester start, you will set out short-term and long-term goals. These can be ANYTHING! Abby will customize your learning plan to your goals. You can expect your lessons to include traditional note-reading, improvisation, composition, technique, theory, and aural skills. No matter your goal, we can make it happen!
