My french is a bit rusty so meeting Jonathan on a weekly basis has really helped my French.

He wouldn't speak a word of English with me! And I loved it!

He is very competent, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. He made the lessons fun, a mix of theory, grammar and conversation oh and the occasional board game was a plus!

I have been taking French lessons with Jon for the past few months and feel I am already making good progress with my French. Jon is a supportive, highly knowledgeable and encouraging tutor. I've always struggled with languages, but John is patient, clear, and uses his wider knowledge of linguistics and other languages to contextualise what he's teaching, delivering a comprehensive lesson every time!

Jon has done a fantastic job giving me my first introduction to the french language. He is an extremely patient teacher and explains in depth about grammar and syntax. After a few lessons I had the confidence to converse in basic french and since then with Jonathan's guidance, I have been improving rapidly. He is a passionate linguist and will do his best to help you learn effectively. Highly recommended!
