• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  Over the course of my four-year journey as a tutor, I've had the privilege of helping students grasp challenging concepts and excel in their studies. It's been a fulfilling experience to witness their growth and progress.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My motivation for choosing to teach stems from a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives. Seeing their eyes light up when they understand something they previously found difficult is incredibly rewarding.

• How does your work help society?

  My work as a tutor contributes to society by nurturing the next generation's knowledge and skills. By providing personalized guidance, I help students build confidence, develop critical thinking abilities, and prepare for their academic and future endeavours.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  If I were to identify a role model for my work, it would be educators like Maria Montessori, who emphasized the importance of individualized learning and hands-on experiences. Their dedication to fostering a love for learning inspires me.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Outside of teaching, I enjoy engaging in activities that recharge my mind and spirit. Reading, exploring nature, and practicing mindfulness techniques help me maintain a balanced and refreshed perspective.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  One memorable anecdote from my tutoring journey involves a student who struggled with math. After several sessions of patient guidance and creative explanations, they not only improved their grades but also developed a newfound enthusiasm for the subject. It reinforced my belief in the power of personalized teaching approaches.
