About ARYAN
The responsibilities and duties section is the most important part of the job description. Here you should outline the functions this position will perform on a regular basis, how the job functions within the organization and the title of the manager the person will report to.
*Assume the responsibility of training existing clients who are interested in increasing their fitness levels, losing weight and entering competitions.
*Provide clients with safe, reasonable exercises that they can perform in the gym as well as at home.
*Give clients ample notice if you need to change appointment times and respond quickly to clients who must change their schedules.
*Talk to members of the gym about their goals and introduce them to our personal training packages.
*Collect weekly payments from your clients and turn them over to our accounting departmentLead group fitness classes when necessary.
*Work out at the gym at least three days per week.
*Advise clients about important safety concerns and demonstrate exercises or maneuvers as needed.

*Having and maintaining a working knowledge of human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition and fundamental principles of exercise science.
*An ability to design and execute individual and small group exercise fitness programs, tailored to the needs and attainable goals of the individual, apparently healthy client, in a safe and effective way.
*An understanding for the need and importance of screening and client assessment; proficiency in conducting these evaluations initially and progressively.
*A desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercise.
*An ability to motivate others in an encouraging and uplifting way towards improving their overall fitness and healthA dedication to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality and professional standards for best practice.
*A dedication to self-improvement, self-awareness, continuous learning, personal growth and development with regard to personal health, fitness and mental capacity.
