I am a UPSC aspirant. Currently pursuing LL.B from DU law faculty.
I have done my UG from Lady Shri Ram college for women and done my masters from Hindu college(DU). I have been taking tuition classes since 2 years now. ( have also taught in NGo's in my college days)

I have had tuitions since I was a kid , but I never was introduced to any sort of method or a routine to understand what I was reading or learning , it was when I was in 8th standard that I had a teacher who just changed things for me , making me much more disciplined , comfortable and confident . That made me realize the importance of a teacher one can have in their lives . Tuition classes for me were primarily for pocket money but from the first day I knew that I wanted to incorporate this method and let my students realize what they can easily achieve.
Basically like first class is introducing the chapter, mentioning what all you would be referring to in this chapter,making sure the earlier concepts are clear ( for eg for better algebra you need to be clear with integers) .
Small quizzes after every exercise and tests to evaluate without making them hectic . Tests should be incorporated so well making students comfortable that they should themselves not hesitate for knowing the scores,the scores are there to make them understand how much they still have to work on. And going through this entire process they would be working without any pressure rather they would be more excited to see their progress each day.
