About Lincoln
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 10 years of experience teaching High School and College students, and I have successfully worked with 150–200 students from different learning backgrounds. My teaching philosophy focuses on making learning engaging, effective, and student-centred.
I believe that students learn best when they are actively involved, so I design lessons that include discussions, activities, and practical examples. I also emphasise the importance of building a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. I adapt my teaching style based on each student’s level and learning preferences, ensuring that they feel comfortable and supported.
One of my major achievements is helping students improve their speaking confidence and academic performance within a short period. I am committed to creating a positive learning experience where students feel motivated to learn and grow continuously.

My teaching approach for ESL is built on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I aim to make learning English enjoyable and meaningful by using creative methods like storytelling, discussions, role-play, and real-life examples.
I encourage students to think critically and share their ideas openly. This helps them improve their confidence and communication skills. As a mentor, I support my students by guiding them step by step and helping them overcome challenges.
I understand that every student is unique, so I adapt my teaching style based on their needs. I create a positive and friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable learning.
Accountability is a key part of my teaching. I set clear goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback regularly. I encourage students to stay consistent and responsible.
In addition to ESL, I teach related subjects to help students grow academically. My goal is to develop confident and independent learners.
