About Therese
I am a mom of 3 with kids currently in 7th grade, 10th grade (Honors/AP), and college. I’ve been volunteering in the classroom, tutoring my kids and my friends kids in classrooms since my oldest was in K. With over 12+ years of experience being a classroom volunteer and tutor between K - college.
More recently, I became a Pasco County Instructional Substitute for K-12th grade in Pasco County Schools. I help with math, reading, writing, science, and even home ec!

My method of teaching starts with understanding what a student, or students need help with. Allowing the student(s) start the narrative and I add to it. We go over methods and processes. Do some of the work together and before you know it, you understand where to go from there on your own!

Therese is my niece and she has always been dedicated to all her undertakings. I can recommend her highly and she does beautiful work. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She made a picture quilt of my cat and it is beautiful. I would even take lessons from her but I don't live in Florida .
I have known Therese for many years. She is experienced with sewing from simple outfits to detailed costumes and quilting, and is wonderful for homework help. We have called upon her for homework help specifically in math for my own kids and she has helped to guide us in writing essays. She explains everything fully and is patient.
