About Maureen
I have been a teacher of some sort since I graduated college. I have a knack for assessing and knowing what is needed to teach young children. I also have a basement filled with books on any subject and would be sure to find one that the kids loved. Not to mention I am friendly and like to get to know my students on a personal level.

I will assess the kids. Then it will involve some guided reading as well as some comprehension. We may also have time to do some writing associated with the lesson. If time allows we will be able to work on some other skills. I have over 30 years experience teaching pre-k thru 3rd grade and I have a master's in reading as well.
