About Catherine

I have been tutoring privately for the past 4 years for music and academics. I have experience working with students from all age ranges, and they have all excelled highly and achieved high grades. A bit about myself, I am an aspiring medic. Having received 6 A* and 4 A at GCSE, I have first-hand experience on the type of questions and the revision techniques that a student needs to thrive and achieve the best results. At A-level I studied biology, chemistry, maths and geography and have the grades A*A*AA.

About the lesson

I am a professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual who is committed to strengthening students' maths skills. My expertise and passion lie in teaching maths, and my one-to-one, calm and creative approach to sessions ensures that students are challenged to reach their potential. I aim to cater my approach to meet the individual needs of every child. Each lesson is varied, and frequent tests are done to test students' knowledge. I have a range of questions to go through and to be set as homework.
