About James
I have taught at the University of Texas at El Paso, Tutoring and Learning Center. My work was to help to ensure the success of at-risk students entering their university careers. The majority of my students needed higher language skills in order to meet college-level standards. There I taught courses in Developmental Reading, Study Skills, and English Composition.
My experience also includes positions as teacher of English in American High Schools, Community Colleges, and I have held positions teaching English as a Second Language in Adult Learning Centers and for the Governments of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United States in contracts for the English language training of military personnel.
