About Essence
I am a scientist, a real life laboratory scientist. That's just my day job though! I really enjoy working with students to help them learn and be successful in their classes.
My real passion is making everyone love math and science. I am actually more realistic and know that everyone won't love all subjects. I want to make sure that they are still able to get the grades they are targeting.

My teaching method is to meet students where they are. No two students learn the same and that is where frustration begins. Often teachers are not able to devote the time to a single student but tutoring offers that opportunity. I can get to know the student and work with them at their pace and in the way they learn best.
