About Paulina
Hi! My name is Paulina and I graduated in July 2022 with a degree in
Theoretical Physics from the University of Edinburgh. I would
describe myself as someone who is very passionate about both learning
and teaching Math, Physics and Chemistry. I have, throughout the last few years,
had to sit a lot of exams myself so I know how daunting and stressful
exam preparation can be. I therefore also like to share with my tutees
effective exam study and revision techniques that I have developed over the years.

I have 8+ years experience tutoring students in Math, Physics and Chemistry including Junior cert, Leaving cert, GCSEs, and A-levels. I tailor my tutoring approach to each individual tutee by figuring out in what way they learn
best. I start off by identifying what the tutee is looking to achieve or what specific topics
they are struggling the most with and create my lessons accordingly. My tutoring sessions
always carefully follow the relevant syllabus to ensure my tutees are well prepared for their
exams. After each of my tutoring sessions, I send a document to the tutee with everything
covered in that session that they can refer back to and use as part of their revision. For
tutees who wish to have some additional practice in between our sessions to solidify their
knowledge, I’m happy to provide homework problems that they can work on and send back
to me to mark.
