I tend to be able to simplify things, making them easier to understand. I answer each question that an individual might have with a thought-through answer put in a way they can understand. I've found that a one-on-one tutoring session truly makes a difference and that you may have to change teaching methods based on who's trying to learn. Although I wouldn't qualify myself as good at all types of math, algebra truly is where I work best, usually targeting 10th grade and lower.
