About Melanie
PhD Physics from MIT prepared me to handle the technical complexities of software engineering for you. I spent 13 years working as a quant at a fintech company before transitioning to teaching.
You will find that my approach centers on clean code practices and rigorous debugging. I have developed a deep understanding of Java and SQL through years of professional application. Beginners and board exam students often appreciate my structured path through DSA and backend basics.
My work now focuses on translating those industry standards for teens and adults. Solving problems on coding platforms is a core part of how I operate.
