Hands-on teacher with a focus on developing problem-solving skills and encouraging independent thinking. I typically focus on employing multiple simplified approaches to instill an understanding of the core concepts, then on building upon it to develop strong problem-solving abilities.
I typically prefer bi-weekly sessions of one hour each for each subject being taught, with flexible study schedules. These include discussing the practical application of the subjects being taught beyond what is required in the curriculum, general problem-solving and doubt-clearing sessions, and even some sessions entirely dedicated to your curiosity for advanced research in the subject!
I have worked informally as a tutor for 3 years, tutoring students at the high school level in algebra, geometry, physics, and computer science;
I have also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Advanced Quantum Physics at the undergraduate level for one semester.
My lessons are targeted at students between the ages of 14-18, who wish to learn maths and physics in order to excel in examinations, as well as develop a curious outlook for the subject.
