About Katharina

I am a high school student from Chiemgau who is primarily interested in languages and social sciences as well as mathematics. I am convinced that learning can be fun. I know this from my own experience and I would like to help my tutoring students encounter the joy of learning that arises when they learn correctly, ie effectively. I would like to provide the students with all the methodological and content-related knowledge that I have gathered in the course of my school career as an above-average student. I have already gained a lot of experience in giving tuition and also dealt with language-sensitive, ie clearly understandable lessons as part of a school project.

About the lesson

Although the learning process is often tedious, learning can be fun when the pupils have successful experiences. That is why I organize my tutoring sessions so that at the end of each lesson the students feel their efforts come to fruition! It is important to me to impart knowledge to the students in an applicable and understandable way. It is therefore absolutely crucial to adapt the teaching methodology to the learning behavior of the pupils. So there is no scheme F that always works. Rather, it is a very individual question, to which an answer can only be found in the course of a few units, which ensures that learning can be carried out effectively without incurring more effort than necessary. Of course, I prepare each lesson carefully and, if desired, I also assign homework that benefits the learning process and prepares students for tests. Whenever possible, I combine teaching materials with learning methodological tips and tricks that lead to the desired goal. I am also available to the parents for regular discussions about the progress of their child.
