About Sharda
I am a College Professor and an AP Calculus AB and BC Reader for the College Board.
I firmly believe that learning mathematics can be fun, exciting, and rewarding. Mathematics is a subject built on precision, and when students struggle with foundational concepts, it can create unnecessary stress and frustration.
My goal is to remove those barriers by creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing confidence, and mastering the material. I strive not only to help students understand mathematics but also to equip them with the skills and confidence needed to excel in future courses and academic pursuits.
Nothing is more rewarding than seeing students discover their potential and realize that they are capable of succeeding in mathematics.

Classes are offered in small groups of up to three students, providing personalized attention in a supportive learning environment. Classes are online, offering convenience and flexibility to fit their schedules.
During each session, we review and complete assigned classwork and homework, strengthen understanding of key concepts, and thoroughly prepare for classroom quizzes, tests, and exams.
For AP students, I provide a comprehensive College Board–aligned curriculum designed to build deep conceptual understanding and help students achieve a score of 5 on the AP Exam.

In addition to AP courses, I offer tutoring for all mathematics levels, including elementary school, middle school, high school, college mathematics, and standardized test preparation such as SAT Math, ACT Math, and ACT Science.
My mission is to help students develop a strong mathematical foundation, gain confidence in their abilities, and achieve their academic goals. I strive to make mathematics engaging, accessible, and rewarding while preparing students for long-term academic success.

Details
Most of my current students take individual lessons, but I am looking to expand my group classes with this small group of three students. Group lessons also make instruction more affordable while still providing personalized attention.
I would be happy to answer any questions or address any concerns during the free introductory lesson. This will give us an opportunity to get to know each other and ensure that expectations are clear for everyone involved.
