About Gary
My name is Gaz and I have two children aged 12 and 8. This is one of the reasons that I want to start tutoring. After working with my daughter to help her through her SATs and now helping her with her homework, I realise how difficult this can be, especially for people who don't have teaching experience or parents who have a busy schedule. (Teaching your own children is definitely harder than teaching other people's, believe me, I know)

With over twenty years of experience teaching children of all ages I am able to provide tutoring on any subject with a specialism in Key Stage 2, Mathematics and Physical Education for older students. My teaching style is pupil-led and we work together to learn and solve a problem to ensure that you are able to solve the problem on your own. I always look to build positive relationships with all of my students which creates an environment that is happy and makes learning more enjoyable.
