About Phoebe
Hi! I'm Phoebe and I'm a trained pastry chef in the UK. I've been cooking now for five years and have reached a point in my career where ei want to share my passion with others. I've noticed that many people are shy to learn how to cook, and YouTube videos or recipe books aren't for everyone, and I want to change that! Cooking doesn't just have to be frozen peas and potato waffles! Once you've learnt the basics, and grown confidence in recipe planning and knife skills, the rest will follow naturally.

The lessons can be modified to each students needs for that particular session and adapted as necessary.
