About Chase
Tyler School of Art printmaking alum with more than a decade of hands-on screen printing experience across a wide range of materials and surfaces, including paper, apparel, glass, wood, and large-scale installations. My background combines fine art, DIY publishing, and real-world production printing, giving students both creative and practical insight into the process.
Professionally, I served as Director of Print Operations for a nationally touring live event organization, overseeing high-volume print production, equipment management, workflow coordination, and on-site printing environments under demanding deadlines. I enjoy helping beginners build confidence, understand the fundamentals clearly, and develop their own creative voice through a relaxed, supportive, and personalized learning experience.

My lessons are designed for beginner screen printers who want a relaxed, approachable introduction to the process without feeling overwhelmed. I offer online tutoring sessions with simple live demonstrations, personalized lesson plans, and step-by-step guidance covering the fundamentals of screen printing — from basic materials and setup to design, ink, exposure, and printing techniques.
You will be coached through the basics. We will focus on setting up your space and understanding your new materials. Whether you want to make shirts, a zine, a lovely print, we can approach what you want to do, with goals you set for yourself.
Every student learns differently, so I tailor each session to your interests, goals, budget, and available materials. Whether you want to print posters, shirts, zines, or experimental artwork, I focus on building confidence through a fun, conversational, and supportive teaching style that keeps the process creative and accessible.
