About Summer

I am a UBC medical student who completed 3 years of the undergraduate Pharmacology program at McGill University (GPA: 3.93/4.00) I have taken university level courses in calculus, statistics, general chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry and more! I took IB mathematics SL and scored 7/7. Total IB score (41/45 with 3/3 bonus points). I have over 6 years in tutoring and teaching experience and am currently working part time with McGill Tutoring Services.

About the lesson

I believe in more than just teaching material and concepts to students. I want to help students develop their own study strategies and habits to help them succeed in the long run. Depending on the subject and topic, I will work with the student to develop approaches to combat different types of questions. Furthermore, I like to use my numerous years of teaching and personal experience to create unique tutoring sessions.
