About Joy
I am a very friendly nutritional sciences major student at UBC! From previous tutoring with children in grades 2 to 10, I have a very patient and kind approach to teaching children! I don't bite! I have a strong ability to understand a child's learning style, so that together we can come up with the best, most fun, way to deliver my teachings!

I provide curated lesson plans to teach children difficult math/science topics based on their current school pace. If needed, I am open to providing students with more difficult problem sets to further prepare them for future courses. My teaching revolves mainly around the students' academic level, building on shortcomings and providing tips and tricks to increase their level of proficiency in the subject. I offer tutoring services to any children at the grade 3 to grade 8 levels.
