About Aleksei
I'm an undergraduate at UCL and a maths instructor at Mathnasium, where I've taught students ranging from those tackling number problems for the first time to Year 11s preparing for their GCSE finals. I achieved A* in both GCSE and A-Level Maths myself, and currently tutor up to Year 12 / AS-level content. Outside teaching, I co-founded my school's Investment Society and placed in the top 3 of a national finance consulting competition — both of which came down to the same thing tutoring does: breaking down a hard quantitative problem until it's simple.
