I am a student at UCL studying a mixed degree, with a focus on maths and physics, which gives me a good grounding for teaching. I studied A-Level further maths, achieving an A grade. I have been told I have a good way of explaining things clearly.

I teach using problem based methods, rather than introducing concepts abstractly, which I think makes them less understandable. Working through problems exposes problems in understanding which can them be addressed, and then gives students confidence intheir ability to tackle problems.
