About ANGELA
Hello! My name is Angela and I am a recent UCLA graduate. I graduated with a degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology and am an aspiring physician. I am currently doing clinical research in my gap years.
I loved math and science ever since I was a kid and took AP Chem, AP Bio, AP Calc AB/BC, AP Physics 1/2/C, AP Psych, and AP Stats in high school. I have experience assisting with teaching a physics lab course at UCLA and discovered then that I love teaching others - it is so rewarding helping students master course material and gain confidence in their ability to achieve their goals!
In my free time, I love hiking, watching Korean dramas, reading manga, and volunteering! I have lots of flexibility in my schedule this year, so I'd love to add tutoring to that list - feel free to reach out to me with any questions and I'd love to chat!

I believe in a personalized approach to tutoring students. Each student is unique in the way that they learn, and I will aim to craft my tutoring sessions to help students learn the most efficiently. Students need to engage with their learning in an interactive way in order to learn the best - to this end, I will strive to make learning fun and encourage students to have a growth mindset.
