Hi, I’m Julia, a UCLA Music Industry major with a deep passion for music theory, writing, and reading comprehension. My teaching approach is student-centered, combining clear explanations, interactive exercises, and real-world applications to make learning engaging and effective.
In a typical lesson, we start by identifying your goals and assessing your current level. Then, we dive into structured concepts—whether it’s breaking down harmonic progressions, strengthening essay structure, or improving reading comprehension—using tailored exercises and discussions. I provide personalized feedback, study strategies, and creative techniques to help you grasp complex topics with confidence.
My experience as a musician, writer, and tutor allows me to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and artistic expression. I make learning both structured and inspiring, helping students connect concepts to their own interests and strengths.
I offer lessons for students of all levels—from beginners to advanced learners—whether you’re studying AP Music Theory, preparing for college essays, or looking to refine your analytical skills.
