About Willard
I am a current UCSD undergraduate honors student majoring in both Statistics and Bioinformatics. I have over a year of full-time experience using SQL and R as a Data Analyst.
I have also served as an official tutor in computer science and physics for UCSD.
I help my students and fellow classmates understand complex topics by first guaranteeing a strong understanding of the low-level data structures and how they would apply in a more complex space.
I currently work in the Mesirov Lab where we use R to analyze genetic data in oncology.
The breadth of my interests reflect my love of learning and I want to instill that same appreciation in you.

In both Java and Python, what often appears as a nonsensical bug is truthfully due to a more fundamental coding concept.
I want to help you understand the very basics of the tools you are using so that you can diagnose and move past complex errors much more efficiently.
I am skilled and practiced in Java, Python, R, and SQL. I want you to learn data structures, object oriented programming, inheritance, and advanced LeetCode problems.
