About Isaac
I am 25 years old from Scotland and am a ASN Auxiliary Assistant, as well as a swimming teacher and coach. I was diagnosed with Cerebral palsy when I was 3 years old.
I also studied NC childcare and my HNC childhood practice courses at college.

If its a training programme to help your endurance or speed or if you are just wanting to brush up on your technique or if you are just after some pointers or advice then get in touch.
As I have had a few years of racing experience, I am used to analysing race footage.
Although not qualified, I am more than happy to share strength and conditioning tips and pointers that I have picked up through the years.
A typical teaching lesson length for me would be 30minutes, although depending on each individuals needs it might vary.
I have experience in teaching and coaching children/young people with disabilities. I also have cerebral palsy and can share tips, advice and knowledge from personal experience with how to deal with cerebral palsy day to day
