About Rachel
I recently graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a Biology B.S. Major and Chemistry and Environmental Science Minors, and I am a current student at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry. I am passionate about biology, and I hope that I can inspire other students to be passionate about the subject as well, or at the very least, find the material more interesting than they did before my tutoring session.

As a tutor, my goal is to create an inclusive, interactive environment with my students so that they are comfortable and engaged in the learning environment. My approach to tutoring it to teach strategies that can be applied in more than one situation so that the student not only has a better understanding of the material, but also is equipped with ways to approach other questions or scenarios. The lessons are fit for anyone in high school or college biology courses.
