About John
I'm able to communicate well with real speakers, I have good technical knowledge of grammar, and I've read multiple instances of classic literature. I spent 6 months helping to teach, in Spanish, a first-grade class of native and non-native speakers. I've been to Mexico twice, including 2 weeks in Mexico City.

My lessons include a wide framework in order that the student might retain their knowledge for as long a time and as strong a degree as possible. I take an adaptive and flexible approach with minimal rote memorization and an emphasis on goal and direction. I teach students at any age as well as those only looking to learn the language.
