About Paul
I love to witness students improve their unique learning style and express their knowledge and insights into the subject they have chosen. I practice yoga and meditation every morning (25 years), passionate reader of non-fiction, and design fitness and yoga programs for my close friends. I have been designing & implementing strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility programs for general and specific populations for many years and everyone is exactly different.

Using the gold standard principles such as active recall. Read for 10-12 minutes, close book or notes, with blank paper, recall what you can. Fill in the blanks. Spaced repetition. Enter material for recall on text to yourself. During the day between classes or breaks, glance at text for 1 minute only. Repeat at least 7 times through day. Say new words out loud or to pet or self 3 times. Draw images for practice labeling. i.e. organs, joints, brain! Begin with the end in mind. Imagine how empowered you will feel after you receive an A in this class. The last final will feel amazingly powerful.
