My teaching philosophy (especially for mathematics) is practice. I have experimented with learning techniques as a high school student studying for the BC Calculus exam and as an undergraduate in my maths studies and it's my opinion that the right practice in math is all you need to succeed. I don't believe in volume of practice materials, rather the quality. I have solved many problems in my undergraduate career, leading me to understand the rough broad categories of problem solving, ie what skills math problems require.
I am a student studying applied math and computer science at the University of Colorado at boulder. I also have 2 years of experience teaching children in martial arts and 1 year of private physics tutoring experience. I have taken courses up to advanced mathematical methods in physics (classical dynamics II) and analysis II with a bunch of courses on the side.
