About Shrinithi
Having recently completed A-Levels myself, I understand the challenges students face and the skills required to achieve top grades. My aim is not only to improve exam performance but also to build confidence and develop a genuine understanding of the subject.
Studying at the University of Cambridge has further developed my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and accessible way. I bring these skills into every lesson, breaking difficult topics into manageable steps so students can build a solid understanding before progressing to more challenging concepts.

I offer personalised, high-quality tutoring for GCSE and A-Level Mathematics and Chemistry, tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style. As a current undergraduate studying Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at the University of Cambridge, I bring both in-depth subject knowledge and proven study techniques to every lesson.
Every lesson is carefully planned around the student's goals, whether that's catching up on difficult topics, aiming for the highest grades, or preparing for upcoming exams. I focus on the key concepts and the most commonly assessed areas of the specification, ensuring lessons are both efficient and effective. Students are welcome to request support with specific topics, and I provide a range of high-quality resources, including concise notes, worked examples, exam questions, and revision materials.
A strong emphasis is placed on exam technique and problem-solving. Rather than simply showing the answer, I guide students through my thought process step-by-step, helping them recognise patterns in questions and develop logical approaches that they can apply independently. Regular practice with past paper questions and mark schemes ensures students become familiar with how examiners award marks and what is expected in high-scoring answers.
I have experience tutoring both at an established tuition centre and as a self-employed private tutor, working with students of different abilities and learning styles. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching to each individual, creating engaging and supportive lessons that encourage students to ask questions and build confidence.
