About Emma
I am an Undergraduate Chemistry student at Binghamton University in my final semester. Subsequent to my graduation in May 2021, I will begin teaching chemistry at the middle school level with Success Academy Charter Schools in Manhattan. In my remaining time at Binghamton, I am writing a thesis to be published in the American Chemical Society Journal of Chemistry Education pertaining to the use of tattoo inks in educational laboratory content.

I tutor High School Introductory Chemistry, NYS Regents level Chemistry, AP/IB Chemistry, and undergraduate level General Chemistry. My personal approach to learning revolves around inquiry, and additionally developing personal techniques to understand difficult content. I know that chemistry is tough for many students, so I hope to make it as enjoyable as possible!
