About Alena
As stated, I am an inspiring teacher, however, I have been tutoring since the 6th grade and have a lot of experience with students. I really enjoy spending time with students and helping them with topics and creating meaningful bonds with them. As we continue tutoring, I will pick up on things on how to help you personally succeed in the subject area. We will be a team and I will be a great supporter in your academics.

I take my time to make sure that we are working at your pace and how you want to learn. It can vary from organizing your notes, writing out key information on paper, and finding helpful videos. Most importantly I will communicate with you on what options we have and allow you to decide what works best for you. I am always open to new ways of teaching and love advice.
