About Reina
As a dedicated and patient math tutor, I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and mastering new concepts. My name is Reina, and I graduated from UCLA with an undergraduate degree in Economics, which strengthened my analytical skills and my ability to explain math clearly. I have experience working with middle and high school students and always create lessons depending on each student's strengths and weaknesses. I take pride in being organized, encouraging, and reliable, and my goal is to help every student feel excited, motivated, and well-prepared for success in math.

Hi, I’m Reina! I teach middle and high school math with a calm, patient, and clear approach. I focus on explaining concepts by breaking them down into simple steps so students truly understand the material, not just memorize it. A typical lesson includes reviewing previous concepts, explaining new topics, and practicing problems together. I tailor each session to the student’s pace and learning style to build confidence and long-term understanding. My lessons are ideal for grades 6-12, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Pre-Calculus, and SAT/ACT math preparations.
