About Yasith
I am an Electrical and Electronic Engineering undergraduate at the University of Peradeniya, one of Sri Lanka's most prestigious engineering institutions. I teach STEM subjects to learners of all ages and levels — from young students taking their first steps in science to university students working through complex engineering concepts.
My teaching is built on clarity and genuine understanding. I don't believe in memorization — I believe in making concepts click. Every lesson is structured, well-paced, and tailored to the individual student, combining clear explanation with hands-on application so that knowledge is not just learned but retained.
Having recently worked through many of these concepts myself, I understand exactly where students struggle and how to guide them past those points with confidence. My sessions are professional, reliable, and fully adapted to each student's goals — whether that's passing an important exam, building a project, or simply developing a passion for STEM.

My Approach as a STEM Tutor
I'm an Electrical and Electronic Engineering undergraduate at the University of Peradeniya, teaching STEM to learners of all ages and levels — from kids discovering science for the first time to university students tackling advanced concepts.
My teaching is hands-on and concept-first, using real-world examples that make ideas stick rather than memorization. Every lesson is tailored to the student — starting with a quick recap, moving into clear explanation, then applying knowledge through problems or projects.
As someone who recently went through these concepts myself, I know exactly where things get confusing and how to explain them clearly. Lessons are flexible and open to everyone, whether you're preparing for an exam or simply curious about STEM.
