About Barna
My name is Barna. I’m originally from Hungary, but I currently live and study in London. Geography has been a lifelong passion of mine. While studying in Hungary, I took part in numerous national and international geography competitions, including the International Geography Olympiad, where I placed seventh overall and earned a gold medal — the best result ever achieved by a Hungarian participant. I am now studying Earth and Planetary Sciences at Imperial College London, where I rank among the top students in my year. During my time in London I have become familiar with the GCSE and A level curriculum as well.

I am a very friendly and motivated tutor, and my aims are to make lessons fun, engaging, and approachable, while also ensuring they are insightful and academically rewarding. I have previous experience helping students prepare for competitions in geography, and I’m confident I can bring the same energy and effectiveness to tutoring. My lessons would be between 50-60 minutes, online based in London for anyone interested in Maths or preparing for GCSE and A levels.
