About Sophie
I am in my first year at University of Leeds, I am very friendly and approachable and would try to make maths as fun as possible! As I have quite recently been in the position of the current GCSEs and A-Level students, I understand the stress people can be under and also am aware of the techniques needed to pass an exam.

I would teach 45 minutes to hour long sessions which would involve a 20 minute introduction to the topic with us doing worked examples together followed by a worksheet to be completed mainly by the student but with me alongside to answer any questions or give prompts when you get stuck. I got a grade9 (A**) in GCSE maths and a Grade A in A-level maths as well as studying AS further maths.
