I am committed to providing a thorough understanding of given mathematical concepts to my students, and am willing to spend the necessary time on “struggle areas” to ensure that the student is not left with any holes in their understanding. I believe that my students’ learning is as important as my own, and will thus invest the same effort in guiding them to understanding of difficult concepts as I invest in myself.

I greatly enjoy doing math, and love the lightbulb moment that comes with presenting a concept to someone in a way that clicks. My teaching method centers on intuitive explanations for each concept, followed by rigorous mathematical explanations. Then, I help the student work through practice problems and focus additional instruction on “struggle areas”. These lessons are meant for elementary, middle, and high school students taking any mathematical course. Additionally, I offer tutoring in more advanced subjects for undergraduate students.
