About Mia
Hi, I'm Mia! I'm a second-year physics major at Queen's University and am hoping to share my passion for math and science with you. I attended high school in Orleans, where I took grade 11 and 12 physics, chemistry, biology, and advanced functions. I also took vector calculus in grade 12. As a physics student I've completed first year, post-secondary level courses in fundamental physics and calculus.

Given my experience as a physics student, I am confident in my ability to connect with, teach, and inspire high school students taking physics and advanced math courses.
My approach to tutoring involves personalized lesson plans that cater to each student’s needs. This could involve practice problems and tests or a combination of reviewing lectures and aiding with homework.
