I understand that music can be difficult to learn, but putting your mind to something will making the process more enjoyable.

I will make sure to give you plenty of time to process and practice what we discuss during our lessons. Furthermore, I will continue to come up with new ways to make the learning process more creative for you.

About the lesson

Hello there! As a violist, I have seven years of experience in an orchestra. My orchestra received the highest scores all seven years, and I reached Texas region in middle school. Additionally, I have three of teaching violin. My student is now a first violin in the top orchestra at her school, and she has even made region in the state of Texas. I believe that music is the beat of our soul, it is universal, and everyone should get the opportunity to learn it.

I specialize in violin and viola, and my lessons are for beginners to intermediates. I prepare my students for auditions and also for playing in an orchestral setting.

Lesson plans vary depending on what my students needs. Scales, technique, rhythms, and intonation are the main focus.

I make sure my students feel safe and comfortable. I will always ask what they need from me, and how I can be a better tutor for them. I give my tutees time to digest my suggestions, and I always make sure they understand the lesson.
