About Evan
I'm an undergraduate Biomedical Engineering student at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. I plan on pursuing my master's in the field. I've been working on research for over a year, learning many things along the way.
Over my time as a college student, I've learned how information is better retained and what is best for all types of people when learning. I value understanding above general correctness and believe that motivation is the most important thing to a student's success, no matter what they are pursuing.

My lessons are focused on the fundamental nature of each problem, teaching the "why" behind the principles rather than just solving mindlessly. Together, we will work through each problem step-by-step, exploring the concept behind each one thoroughly and adapt explanations based on the student's learning style.
I can help with lab reports, general concept review, miscellaneous assignments, MATLAB, math, science, engineering, and real-world applications.
During sessions, I encourage students to ask questions and work through problems with me so that we can also build up their confidence and independence over time.
