About Jacob
I am an undergraduate student majoring in food science at the University of Guelph, where I have taken several courses in a variety of mathematical and scientific disciplines. I maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout all of high school and graduated at the top of my class, and have had continued success in my post-secondary pursuits. I am comfortable teaching mathematics and science (biology, chemistry, and physics) up to a Grade 12 level.

I aim to take new concepts and explain them with language that students will understand, bringing in real-life examples to support and reinforce learning. I am here to help students work through math and science problems methodically, with a focus on the steps to solving the problems and reaching the correct answer. I am willing to tailor my teaching methods to the needs of the student, as they are the priority. My goal is to help them to the best of my ability!
