About Alice
I'm offering maths tutoring **over the Christmas holiday** for you or your child if you want to make productive use of your time over Christmas! I'm available from mid-December through to the end of January. The time commitment is up to you: I can offer anything from a single practice session to go over anything specific you need help with, to a more intense series of sessions over multiple days.
I'm officially a Zoology student, but I also have a passion for maths (and you would be surprised how much maths is involved in a science degree!). I am very good at breaking down difficult concepts into something that's easier to understand and making maths seem much less daunting, and I am excellent at giving students the attention and encouragement they need to achieve a higher grade. I also have the knowledge and understanding to help students already doing well to maximise their potential and achieve the highest grade possible!

Lessons will last 1 hour and will cover whatever the student wishes to work on - lesson plans will be made in advance according to their specific needs. I have experience with AQA and OCR exam boards. I previously tutored a younger student in GCSE maths during my last year of 6th form, so I have more experience in tutoring at this level, but I should be able to help with A level maths as well. All my lessons are neurodiverse-friendly!
