I have been tutoring students since 8th grade. I have tutored students from grades 1st to 12th. Inside school, and outside through private contacts. I have experience tutoring a variety of subjects however I love teaching science and language. For science, I enjoy seeing the lightbulb moments that spark in students when they find an explanation that makes sense to them.

I am an undergraduate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am working towards a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with minors in physics and mathematics. I have been tutoring students since 8th grade. I have tutored students from grades 1st to 12th. Inside school, and outside through private contacts. I have experience tutoring a variety of subjects however I love teaching science and language. For science, I enjoy seeing the lightbulb moments that spark in students when they find an explanation that makes sense to them. And for the languages, being tri-lingual, I find that teaching languages such as Hindi or Spanish becomes more engaging and fun through hands on activities and games. I believe that there is no such thing as being bad at a subject. I think that anyone that is "bad" at learning simply hasn't been taught the right way. That is where I come in. I aim to learn how you learn and then structure lessons to make sure you get the most out of them while realizing your own strengths. In my free time I enjoy reading, working at my lab and doing jigsaw puzzles.
