As a second-generation educator, I've embraced a proven and effective teaching methodology that prioritizes student success and comprehension. My approach, known as the "I do, We do, You do" method, is designed to gradually build student confidence and competence in various subject areas. Here's how I structure my lessons: "I do": Teacher demonstration "We do": Guided practice "You do": Independent application This scaffolded approach ensures students have multiple opportunities to engage with the material before attempting it on their own, significantly improving accuracy and retention. My lessons are carefully crafted to: -Align with state standards -Cater to diverse learning styles (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) -Focus on core elementary subjects (math, reading, writing, and science) My lessons are specifically designed to assist elementary-level students who may need additional support in key subject areas. By building on the successful strategies of experienced educators, I'm committed to fostering a nurturing environment where knowledge growth is paramount and every student has the opportunity to thrive.
